ABOUT
Iris Arnaud (b. Paris, France) is a Franco-American visual artist whose practice bridges painting and performance. Rooted in her background in classical and modern dance, her work translates movement, rhythm, and emotion into tactile compositions that blur the line between gesture and canvas. Through a process that is as visceral as it is deliberate — pouring, pressing, and painting with her hands and body — Arnaud transforms inner states into immersive, physical landscapes. Her practice, deeply informed by fifteen years of psychoanalysis, explores the tension between vulnerability and strength, chaos and clarity, creating a raw yet elegant visual language of the human condition.
Arnaud has presented solo exhibitions internationally, including Anima Nuda at Mairie du 7e arrondissement, Paris (2025); Axis Mundi at Atelier Lardeur, Paris (2023); Synesthésie at Kollectif Gallery, Los Angeles (2022); and States of Mind at Amoroso gallery, Venice Beach, Los Angeles, 2021.
Her work has also been featured in major group exhibitions, notably the 60th Venice Biennale (Visions and Anima Mundi, Palazzo Albrizzi-Capello, 2024), as well as exhibitions in Paris, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and New York.

3 Good Reasons
to Invest in Art
1. Support Artistic Creation
Every purchase, rental, or print directly contributes to the vitality of art and culture. By investing in my work, you help sustain an independent artist, encourage original creation, and support the wider diffusion of art. It’s a concrete way to stand for culture, beyond simply acquiring a piece for yourself or your business.
2. A Smart and Advantageous Investment
Buying a work of art is not only an aesthetic pleasure, it’s also a long-term investment.
For individuals: owning original artworks is a unique form of patrimony, with value that can increase over time.
For businesses: the law provides a tax deduction when acquiring works from living artists.
In practice, you can deduct the full purchase price of the artwork (up to 0.5% of your annual turnover) from your taxable income, spread out over 5 years.
An intelligent way to combine passion, tax optimization, and enhancement of your company’s image.
3. Enrich and Transform Your Everyday Life
“A work of art is not just decoration: it’s a source of emotion, inspiration, and identity. It is a piece of the artist’s life in your home. It enhances a space, creates a unique atmosphere, and tells a story. Whether in your home or your workplace, an original piece or a high-quality print can transform the environment and bring genuine human and aesthetic value into your daily life.
